"Timmy" is a true gift.  Beverly Holley really raised a super nice buckling here.  My customers demand blue eyes, so I was in the market for another buck fitting this demand.  However, I cannot milk blue eyes and did not want to sacrifice confirmation, udder structure, or genetics JUST for Blue eyes.  I have been impressed with the quality of goats Beverly has been producing, so it was easy to purchase this boy from some new lines.  Timmy, hands-down, was the judges favorite; winning several rings at both shows I took him to this year.  He even was awarded Best in Show!  All my proven solid higher gen does are going to be bred to him this year.  That is how confident I am in Timmy's potential.

I wanted a low gen, new line buck for my new line Mini Nubian does.  I bought "Bandy" from Margo Begy from Bandera, Texas.  If you have any doubts about this buck's bloodlines....just click on this link and visit Margo's Dam site.https://www.screamingoatfarm.com/mini-nubian-does.html   "Winney" has been sweeping the show ring in Texas.  What a beautiful doe and look at these udders!  Bandy, his first year breeding, has already produced a winning junior doe, "Frannie Mae."  She was by far my favorite young star this year.  He does not disappoint and I can't wait to see his first fresheners.

My mom owns Eveland Farms.  My favorite doe at her place is Missy Kitty.  I love both of mom's foundation bucks, but I just think her "Guiness" offers so much style and is truly a handsome boy.  With this said, I put a reservation on this cross.  I whispered to Miss Kitty to give me a boy.  Well, she waddled around miserable and popped out 3 of them!  It was a very very hard decision between the triplet boys.  They all went as herd sires and are really nice.  I chose Tibbs because despite being the smallest of the trio, I thought he stood wider when walking away.  He offers a striking topline too.  I am just really happy with him.  Even as a smaller buck kid, he has been aggressive and gotten the does bred for me this Fall.  Mom really has some mild mannered boys as well.  Sergeant Tibbs is really a nice boy to handle as well.  He won a reserve championship at Wine Country Classic in a drive of very competitive jr. bucklings.  Tibbs has gone one to sire kids that have done very well for themselves in the jr. classes.

I was not in the market to purchase a buck one sunny afternoon when I went to visit my good friend, Debbi Otta.  She showed me this buckling who was still on his ff momma.  She expressed how much she was impressed with him, but disappointed because she couldn't find anyone interested in a solid colored brown-eyed boy.  She had me milk the dam.....and I was SOLD!  I was so taken by this dam's udder.  Soft texture, big open orfices, smooth long blending foreudder, and perfect design.  She had exactly what I need to improve in some of my does.  I can't wait to see kids out of this boy.  He is going to be slow-maturing, super dairy, with extra long long ears.  pictured below as only a yearling.
